Terms and Conditions

1. Prices apply to pupils booking via email or directly over the phone with me.
2. All discounted prices must be paid in advance either by cash in car; no later than the start of the first lesson or by cleared cheque prior to the start of the first lesson.
3. Prices revert to normal hourly rate after expiry of special offers.
4. A minimum cancellation notice period of 48 hours is required or full lesson price will be charged. Should you be charged under these terms that lesson fee will be held as credit and applied towards the 2 hour charge for use of vehicle on day of your Driving Test. However that credit will be forfeited in the event of a second late cancellation.
5. In the event that I need to cancel I will give 48 hours notice failing which I will give you a free 2 hour lesson.
6. Your Driving Test must be booked directly through myself, to ensure the diary space and car availability.
7. I reserve the right to withdraw the use of the vehicle for the Driving Test should the Test be booked without my prior knowledge and agreement.
